Getting Started

Choose Your Timer

Select from three timer types: Count Down for a simple countdown, Duration to track elapsed time, or Interval for alternating meditation and rest periods.

Set Your Time

Enter your desired meditation time in minutes. For the Interval timer, also set your rest period and number of cycles.

Using the Timer

Start & Focus

Click the Start button and begin your meditation practice. The timer will display your progress and play gentle bell sounds at intervals.

Customize Settings

Toggle sound on/off or use fullscreen mode for a distraction-free experience using the buttons at the bottom of the screen.
